We strive to deliver products purchased from us in excellent condition. The estimated delivery time is 3-9 days from the date of purchase depending upon the location of the delivery.
To ensure that your order is delivered on-time, please make sure of the following while entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number details:
- Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark.
- Enter correct City, State and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.
- Kindly make sure that Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. We may need to call you for delivery related queries.
CANCELLATION POLICY
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order that has yet to be shipped. Send a request to [email protected] . After order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable.
RETURN POLICY
Q: I received the order. But there’s an issue. Can I return my ordered items?a
Yes, you can. We believe our customers as our family members. We take stringent measures to deliver products to our customers, in the best possible condition and the best packaging but there’s always a possibility that a customer may want to return their products.
We only accept Refund/Return/Replacement claimed within the first 24 hours after delivery. The Refund is applicable only for Transit Damage or Defective or Wrong or Missing Product only.
For Proof of Transit Damage, Wrong Product or Missing Product
Customer is advised to take an Uncut Video of Unboxing. We will consider this as proof and helps us further Claim Insurance from the Courier Company. Without an Unboxing Video proof we do not consider the Return / Refund.
This is required to prove authenticity of buyer’s claim and will be helpful to us to verify the claim details. No request of Replacement, Refund or Return will be entertained if buyer cannot produce unboxing video to support his/her claim.
Proper Unboxing Video –
- Video must show label on the package pasted by BEVY PEARLS.
- Video must be without any pauses or cut.
- Video must show the damage properly.
If the Buyer submits wrong information during the purchase i.e. Wrong Address / Wrong Pin Code / Wrong Contact number and due to which the product gets returned to our facility, the Buyer will be refunded the amount after deducting the Forward and Return Transit Cost.
After going through Unboxing Video sent by you carefully, we will contact you to initiate refund.
Any orders cancelled after the order is dispatched will be charged twice the shipping amount.
Please Note: Any earrings from the “Exclusive Collection” section won’t be returned or replaced as they are exclusive and only single piece of each earring is available
Q: What are the steps of returning any item ordered from BEVY PEARLS?
In case you have any complaints regarding the product you have received, please ensure that you report it to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Also make sure to send an unpacking video of the product if there are any issues with the product on : [email protected] or Ph.No: 7827086921
It is totally on the discretion of BEVY PEARLS to Refund or Replace or Return for the Damaged or wrong product.
In most cases we will send you a new product if your product is damaged (with no extra cost)
If only one product is damaged in the combo, Refund will be equivalent to the price of that particular item paid by you at the time of purchase (after discount etc.). For refunds, you will have the option to get the refund in your Bank Account / UPI ID or BEVY PEARLS website wallet or Coupon code.
